The Van Zandt Community Theatre was founded in 1990 in Canton, Texas by
a group of citizens dedicated to education and the production and
development of the performing arts in Van Zandt County. In 1996,
we acquired a 114 year old former church building at 416 S. 3rd St. in
Wills Point to use as our theatre. Fundraisers have provided for
some restoration repairs to our building but more is needed.
